In September last year, Taipan held a “New Direction Meeting”.
To refresh everyone’s memories on exactly what the meeting was about, because September was soooo long ago, we called on a mix of people in the customer service area of our business to brainstorm a heap of ideas on how to improve Taipan and the customer experience.
The feedback we received was awesome and it’s started us on a journey of… you guessed it… a new direction!
The new direction is not limited to those who attended the conference… in fact, we need everyone’s involvement to make Taipan the very best it can be.
