Manual Handling Policy

Taipan seeks your assistance in reducing injuries as a result of manual handling. For detailed instructions on appropriate manual handling, reference the Company Policy.

If you are unsure about your ability to lift an item, call for assistance and or seek mechanical assistance.

We will ensure all staff are correctly trained on how to use equipment and how to lift correctly.

If you have any difficulties in lifting or soreness you must notify your supervisor/manager and complete an incident report on Sherm within 24 hours.
