This section covers where an employee’s employment with Taipan ceases. This includes circumstances initiated by either the employer or the employee. All employees must be given notice in writing.
The actual notice is determined by the period of the employee’s continuous service at the time that the notice is given to the employee. Notice of termination does not apply to instant dismissal where no notice period is required.
You are required to give the below notice, if you resign from your position. This is as per the National Employment Standards, decided by Fair Work Australia.
