Rehabilitation Policy

When an employee or staff member is injured whether, it be at work or off site, it is Taipan’s intention to assist with rehabilitation and getting the person concerned back to work as soon as is practical.

To ensure this happens we need to have clear and open communication with those involved in the rehabilitation process.

This includes medical practitioners and various other health specialists.

We will assist staff to complete forms if required.

A member of the management team will be assigned to case manage this role and ensure the objectives are achieved in the best interests of all parties.
