You must make sure that you do not do anything that could cause data or information to be lost, stolen, destroyed or released in an unauthorised way. This could affect Taipan’s commercial position and/or its normal business activities.

Always keep commercially sensitive or confidential information in a secure directory, and not on a USB, hard drive or external device, and only on Taipan approved laptops and devices with the required IT securities.
